By registering for treatments and upon submission or the consent forms, you agree that all medical and personal information provided to us are accurate and true, to the best of your knowledge. Prior to your treatment, the form must be submitted as an acknowledgement of your understanding of the contents of the document. If you are acting on behalf of a recipient who is not you, you are agreeing on behalf of the recipient by submitting the document.
Late Arrivals
Late arrivals will result in a shortened session according to the time of delay caused and the full cost for the treatment will still be payable by the client.
Cancellations
If a client should miss or cancel an appointment without giving at least 24 hours' notice, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total fee will be payable by the client. No call/No shows are responsible for the total fee.
Payment
Sessions are payable electronically and is the preferred method of payment. Should the client prefer cash, the payment has to be made in person before the session.
Coupon Codes
We reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions of coupon codes, offers and discounts at any time, and discontinue or cancel any coupon codes previously issued without prior notice.
Treatments
Energy healers do not diagnose conditions, nor do they prescribe substances, perform medical treatment or interfere with a licensed medical professional. We are not healthcare professionals and therefore all Reiki, Chakra and Sound Treatments received from LovEnergy Holistic Wellness LLC are not to be constructed as a substitute for medical examination, diagnosis, physical and psychological treatment. Only a licensed medical professional is deemed qualified to do so.

Reiki, Chakra Healing and Sound Healing treatments are unique to each individual. The information and testimonials presented on this site are a compilation of personal and unique experiences of each individual and do not represent all treatment experiences.
Reiki and Sound Treatment at End of Life Transition
Reiki works to serve the highest good. If it is a person's or animal's true time to transition to the other side, Reiki will not change the will of the soul nor interfere with the process. Offering Reiki and Sound Healing during these intervening moments can bring comfort and healing for all those involved in the end of life experience, lending support within a space of calm and peacefulness.
Client's Role
By booking and receiving Reiki, Chakra and Sound Treatments, clients agree to accept full responsibility that they solely are in charge of their life journey, life choices, and transformation, and agree to take complete responsibility for their own health and well-being, and for the decisions that lead to necessary shifts in attitudes, nutrition and lifestyle.
Clients understand and agree that in order for healing to take place, several treatment sessions are sometimes necessary to support the healing process. While it is possible that one treatment can make a difference in your health, most long term imbalances were not created overnight and sometimes require multiple sessions in order to facilitate the healing process. Clients recognize that this process will take commitment and time.
With any feedback and suggestions that are offered or recommended, clients are fully responsible for any decisions made thereafter, and agree that anything offered by the practitioner doesn't come with any guarantees for effectiveness or success. LovEnergy Holistic Wellness LLC is not liable for the results of decisions, actions, life choices, or changes that are made based on the provided guidance and feedback received as a part of a treatment.
The client agrees to waive any claim toward LovEnergy Holistic Wellness LLC for any physical, emotional, or psychological changes, detox symptoms, transformations or changes in outcome that may or may not be observed after a treatment.
Liability
By using this site, you automatically agree to hold LovEnergy Holistic Wellness LLC harmless for any intended or unintended result of Reiki, Chakra Cleanse and Sound treatments given, and agree that we will not be liable for compensation should any damages or injury result from using our services which extends to the use of any of its sites, events, hyperlinks, and information shared.
